Kathryn is the Client Insights Manager of Strategy and Analytics at HealthLinx. In her role, Kathryn leads HealthLinx’s team of data analysts in utilizing clinical data to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven recommendations. While at HealthLinx, Kathryn has worked with clients across the country to provide accountability, analysis, and support throughout the data-driven portion of their Magnet journeys. She has also partnered alongside her clinical colleagues to provide analytics for numerous service line and department specific engagements, primarily in emergency services, perioperative services, critical care, and hospital operations.

Kathryn applies her skills from nearly a decade in project management, data analytics, and process improvement to identify effective solutions that allow clients to overcome data-related challenges and obstacles.
