Transitional Leadership is not only for working with a vacant or underperforming department, but also when you’re facing periods of transition as a facility such as during or after an acquisition, merger or unplanned change or event.

Diagnostic Assessment
We go on-site to assess the current situation and create the SMART Deliverables while your leader gets started (in as few as 8 days).

Monthly Reporting
Monthly Plans for Excellence reports deliver insights into, and help drive progress towards, the SMART deliverables created at the assessment.

Bi-Monthly Recalibration
An on-site visit from your Project Executive to evaluate progress with your leader and make changes to SMART deliverables or execution of solutions.
Your Team
Your Project Team will include four experts: your nurse aaccount strategist for all HealthLinx projects, a nurse executive managing your leadership project, the proven nurse leader themselves, and a data analyst assisting with project data.
