Heather Darling is the Executive Vice President of Clients Insights & Engagement at HealthLinx. In this role she aligns the struggles experienced by hospitals with the value delivered by HealthLinx and its proven processes for outcomes improvement through high-performing nurse leaders and culture. She focuses on the use of technology and digital media to develop strategies and processes for increasing marketing engagement and comprehensive client understanding. Heather joined HealthLinx in 2014 as Web Marketing Strategist and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing in 2016 and then Executive VP of Client Insights & Engagement in early 2019.
Heather brings to HealthLinx over 15 years of experience in marketing and project management. She has presented on the topic of social media marketing at national non-profit industry conferences, and her fingerprints can be seen on the websites, email campaigns, and social media campaigns of companies in the healthcare, foodservice, construction, and non-profit industries. She embraces her label as a tech-geek and is constantly searching for the latest and greatest digital channels to add to her marketing arsenal. Dr. Mary F. Clarke, PhD, RN, NE-BC is a Vice President Nursing Excellence, Analytics with HealthLinx. She has more than 34 years of professional nursing experience that includes direct care, advanced practice, and director-level positions. Dr. Clarke has served as an Informatics Nurse Specialist, Director of Nursing Clinical & Professional Development, Director of Nursing Practice, Research and Innovation, and Magnet Program Director.
