Dr. Holli Roberts, DNP, RN is a Vice President Nursing Excellence Project Management with HelathLinx. She has more than 30 years of professional nursing experience that includes direct care, education, management and leadership positions. Dr. Roberts has been involved with the Magnet® designation process for over 9 years. She also served as a Pathway to Excellence® lead appraiser. Dr. Roberts is adjunct faculty at two universities. She has extensive experience in benchmarking, evaluating and interpreting healthcare quality data as compared to national, state and local databases including NDNQI, Press Ganey and National Healthcare Safety Network. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Kentucky Nurses Association, National Association for Healthcare Quality, Kentucky Organization of Nursing Leaders and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
