Marilyn Morales

Dr. Marilyn Pearson Morales, PhD, RN-BC, FNP, is a Vice President Nursing Excellence, Project Management with HealthLinx. Michael Eagan serves as the Client Insights Systems & Data Manager at HealthLinx. In this role, he strives to align HealthLinx data systems and related processes to produce optimal client data insights. Michael joined HealthLinx as a Data Analyst and continues to work with clients in this role. He is a PMP-certified project manager and has over 12 years of experience in healthcare operations and systems analysis.

Kathryn Peterson

Kathryn is the Client Insights Manager of Strategy and Analytics at HealthLinx. In her role, Kathryn leads HealthLinx’s team of data analysts in utilizing clinical data to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven recommendations. While at HealthLinx, Kathryn has worked with clients across the country to provide accountability, analysis, and support throughout the data-driven portion of their Magnet journeys. She has also partnered alongside her clinical colleagues to provide analytics for numerous service line and department specific engagements, primarily in emergency services, perioperative services, critical care, and hospital operations.

Kathryn applies her skills from nearly a decade in project management, data analytics, and process improvement to identify effective solutions that allow clients to overcome data-related challenges and obstacles. Kathryn particularly enjoys taking time to understand each client’s individual needs and believes that every hospital is capable of achieving a highly successful, data-driven culture.

In addition to her roles at HealthLinx, Kathryn’s experience in the healthcare setting includes facilitating performance improvement and process engineering projects in a variety of acute care and ambulatory settings, creating management information systems for executives, and providing PI education to clinicians in multiple capacities including at physician retreats and in individual coaching. Kathryn also had the pleasure of designing an EHR to meet the unique needs of one of the nation’s only ambulatory surgery free clinics, and she now serves on the Board of Directors for the program. Prior to healthcare, Kathryn worked in the financial industry where her roles centered around large-scale project management, data analytics, and leadership.
