Building a Culture of Nurse Retention through strong unit-level teams

High demand and low supply has led the United States into a serious national nursing shortage that is expected to continue through 2030. Hospitals are pulling out all the stops to retain nurses, but are we focusing on the right things? Have we created a culture of retention by giving more to nurses to increase their satisfaction, when what we really need to do is focus on supporting their engagement?

In this webinar we will discuss the difference in engagement and satisfaction and share how some hospitals have managed to retain their nurses despite the record shortages nationally.
