How to Claim Contact Hours from HealthLinx Webinars with Walden University

1. Use the link at the end of the HealthLinx Webinar Presentation. This link will take you to the course page for that specific webinar on the Walden learning portal.  

2. Add the course to your shopping cart on the Walden portal.  

3. Go to your cart at the top right of the page and proceed to checkout. All items should Free. At checkout you will be prompted to Login or Create an account. Please do so as prompted.  

4. Once you have successfully checked out, please go to your name in the top righthand corner to access the drop-down menu. Select My Learning on the menu. This will bring you to the course you just added.  

5. Select the course you would like to receive the CE for attending. You will be prompted to complete a 6-question module. Once you complete your certificate and CE information will be available in the Awards area.  

6. Access the Awards tab on the top left side of the page. You may need to refresh your screen for the award to be presented after completing the module. Once the award is visible you then have the option to download or print your certificates.  

All webinars added and awards granted will be housed in the Walden lifelong learning portal for you to access at any time.
