Leading Nurses Post-Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on nursing staff in the US. With increases in workloads and patient care demands the pandemic has led to historic burnout and turnover amongst nursing further causing disruption to healthcare services and increased labor costs.

This webinar will focus on returning to the basics of leading nurses through this new era of healthcare delivery. Specifically, support & well-being, training and skill development, communication and collaboration, recognition and appreciation, and strategies for managing across multi-generational work groups.

At the conclusion, leaders will have a better understanding of how they can create environments that promotes the well-being of nursing staff, facilitates their professional growth and empowers them to provide high quality care in the post pandemic world.
