This role has oversight for:

  • All aspects of quality management and performance improvement facilitates
  • Development and implementation of Quality and Performance Improvement Plans

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving organizational performance for, and ensuring accurate and timely abstraction and submission of, core measure data to TJC and CMS
  • Providing analytical and project management to support regulatory compliance, patient engagement and patient safety processes
