In this session, we define and discuss current and new strategies to bolster satisfaction in nurses and patients; describe characteristics of a Magnet® organization and Magnet® culture contributory nursing excellence and identify the impact on patient satisfaction; and discuss the crucial role the transformational leader plays in creating and sustaining culture supportive of nurse and patient satisfaction.
