Project Plan Coordinator – Remote

At HealthLinx, we are focused on driving improved outcomes and patient care in hospitals across the country. Right now, we are looking for a business-minded professional to join our team as a Project Plan Coordinator.

In this newly created role, the Project Plan Coordinator will provide support by development, monitoring, and revision of HealthLinx® client Project Plans in order to assure accurate representation of project status and planning, in Project Plan form.

This position will help with all stages of Project Plans:

  • Project Plan Creation in collaboration with the Subject Matter Expert Teams
  • Project Plan Revision in collaboration with the Subject Matter Expert Teams
  • Logistics Integration and scheduling
  • Finance and project plan change implications
  • Communication of Plan Publication & Changes

HealthLinx is seeking a Project Plan Coordinator with:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Bachelor degree in business, healthcare, or related field highly preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel required,
  • Project management experience preferred,
  • Previous experience utilizing Project Management software applications preferred
