Jeanne has experience in optimizing patient flow and throughput in individual departments, individual hospitals, as well as across a healthcare system. She has led teams to change culture by creating system standard work for patient flow and a sense of urgency in getting patients to the right care at the right time. She served as Operational Leader to create a Healthcare System Command Center, while partnering with Clinical Informatics to develop Command Center Dashboards to improve visibility and transparency across the health system. She has been recognized by community and Healthcare Coalition leaders as being highly collaborative in sharing expertise regarding capacity management strategies, meaningful data, and in helping improve coordination among urban, rural, and critical access hospitals. Her detail-oriented, proactive approach helps to drive the organization to success. Along with a degree in Multi-Skilled Health Technology, Melissa earned a Massage Therapy Certification from Lakeland Community College to further her understanding of healthcare.
