She served as Operational Leader to create a Healthcare System Command Center, while partnering with Clinical Informatics to develop Command Center Dashboards to improve visibility and transparency across the health system. Seeking to find Transitional and Permanent solutions to our client’s leadership needs through utilization of our teams extensive network of relationships with Nurse Managers, Service Line Directors, and C-suite Executives. Chad began his career with HealthLinx as an Operations Consultant, then as a Senior Leadership Consultant, and grew into his current role where he provides leadership to multiple teams and associates.

Prior to joining HealthLinx, Chad spent three years as an academic advisor in higher education and, previous to that, nine years as Director of Operations for a real estate development company in Columbus, Ohio. Her detail-oriented, proactive approach helps to drive the organization to success. Melissa joined HealthLinx in 2005 and worked in roles of increasing responsibility within the organization, including Operations Consultant, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and AVP. Along with a degree in Multi-Skilled Health Technology, Melissa earned a Massage Therapy Certification from Lakeland Community College to further her understanding of healthcare.
