Our History
Julie Berry, after earning her law degree in 1997, founded HealthLinx®
Executive Search with the vision to deliver value-driven solutions to
hospitals through specialized permanent executive recruiting. Since then, the company has grown to include multiple specialities and now provides Transitional "interim" Leadership, Magnet consulting and Emergency Preparedness consulting solutions.
Structured like hospital service lines, HealthLinx®
has specialized consultants and clinical consultants who concentrate in
almost every area within a hospital facility-from Critical Care to
Women's and Children's Services to leadership positions (e.g., CNO and
CEO).
