Paul is also proficient in a wide range of services in demand by healthcare organizations including: lean systems principles; quality measures performance improvement; recruitment and retention of talent; margin enhancement; and improving patient, team member, and physician satisfaction.

Background
Prior to joining HealthLinx, Paul served health care organizations ranging from 150 to 500 beds in university and multiple-facility health systems.

• Developed and implemented effective ED margin enhancement initiatives including increasing collections at time of service by 300%
• Developed multi base air medical program
• Major event medical management, planning, coordination, and supervision for large venues (NCAA Athletics, Indy Racing League, NASCAR, and Equestrian Events)
