Consulting Services for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® Application Process

Our team offers consultation through foundational services and all phases of the Magnet Journey®. Clients may contract for one or all phases and services:

Foundational Services
Provide on-site consultation and workshops on nursing strategic planning, peer review, shared decision-making, professional practice models/delivery of care models, and leadership development.

Pre Phase I and Phase I: Application
This eight-step process includes assessments, strategies and gap analysis prior to application submission.

Phase II: Documentation and Submission
This seven-step process reviews content and evidence to ensure standards are met. Narratives are professionally edited to prepare for submission.

Phase III: Site Visit Prep
This nine-step process prepares hospitals for a successful site visit.

Phase IV: Decision
This three-step process gathers and interprets feedback and submits the Site Visit Evaluation report to ANCC.
